Insufficiently trained and too casual staff teenagers. We asked for lunch packages and in 4 a.m. they told us, drunk of course, that they have forgotten all about it. Exchange office on the reception desk didn't work. Food was 2*, mostly without meat. Rooms were nice and clean and maids are doing good job.
