when we arrived at the hotel the porter takes your bags up to the room.The staff are very friendly the entertainment team were really brilliant and very funny.The waiters were so friendly.The food was really nice.Can not fault the rooms the were cleaned ever day.I would recommend this hotel it was fancastic.We are going back next year.

Stayed for 14 nights in Aug 12. Hotel has undergone refurbishment and was a pleasant surprise! However food was just ok but the same day in and day out! Agree that staff were rude at times.
