Just returned from 10 day stay at Flora Palm. We went all inclusive. The slides were brilliant, my 6 yr year old had great fun. I have booked again for next year but bed and breakfast this time as there are so many good eating bits around Hisaronu to try. I wish at breakfast time there was bread out to make toast, rather than crusty bread. I know things have been different this year due to Covid 19. I would love to see normal bread for next year to allow me to make toast and some pancakes and maybe a kettle in room with some tea and coffee. Just a suggestion. See you next year. 😃 💕

Arrived at around 11pm and were greeted by the owners son and entertainment fella. Check-in was carried out by Michael and was swift as it always has been. Room was spotlessly clean and all covid precautions had been taken. Because of covid you couldn't help yourself to food at meal times, there were 2 members if staff serving and if what you had on your plate didnt fill you you could always go up for more. We had a great time and have booked to go back next year

Flora palm. staff very helpful most of the time. efe apti micheal ozturk. was outstanding . emre was good and helpful. rooms was clean .shower did not hold back the water it run all over the bathroom floor. beds was firm to sleep on. sunbeds .was good if you could get one. as people put out towels the evening before. then go shopping the next morning .or don"t use them at all.this should not be aloud . it is not fare to others .and to new people coming in to the hotel . the swimming pool was very good.. it is nice and near to shops but a taxi ride to the beach. . the food was not to a four star at all. we went out most days as it was cold. cold chips , cold chicken . cold toast . the hot plate was never on. to keep the food hot. afternoon snacks .was left overs from lunch time and cold, if things was put right at this hotel more people would go back time after time . but until then we will not stay at this hotel again. i would give it 2 stars. only .

Bought holiday day before departure from teletext as the 5 star luxury Olu Deniz resort we were looking at was gone. Anyway arrived early hours of morning to the flashing yellow tacky lights of Flora Palm Resort. Let me just say this is not the hotels issue you Trip Advisor contributors have given this place a 4 star rating. Are you crazy you clearly haven’t experienced 4plus rating as if you believe this hotel deserves anything more than 2 you are deluded! We were checked in by the entertainment guy Emre I think and asked for a drink. Bearing in mind it’s all inclusive and they they guests are arriving late there’s no food, beer or even accessible drinking water out of hours. He asked for money and disappeared and came back with 2 efes for 50 lira (these are 14 each in supermarket just down the road). By now we were starving and again he offered to get us food but needed money we declined and decided to wait until morning. We stayed in C Block and I do appreciate other rooms are much nicer and I did look in a ground floor pool room of a fellow guest which was much nicer. Our room was dated although clean I was really upset to the point my husband said we would find somewhere else in the morning. Our room fridge didn’t work so we didn’t even bother saying anything and thought keep ourselves to ourselves and bought cold water daily from the supermarket. The aircon was good and beds relatively comfy. The cleaners knocked on room before 10 to ask if you wanted it cleaned we declined twice as we weren’t ready to leave room. The bathroom sink was not cleaned once during our week stay. The room doors were grubby and everything just tacky, they had even painted over the light switches it was such a bodge job. Shower ok ish although shower screen hanging off. We had pizza on our 2nd night as we ate our every night and I bought mine back as at the time was full. I accidentally dropped a bit of tomato sauce on the floor and this was still there the day we left so rooms not at all throughly cleaned which I though appalling especially when we are in a pandemic. We managed to work the safe and didn’t pay. The staff aren’t amazing but not bad. Cypriot Mehmet was a diamond and you should be proud of him. He couldn’t enough and was friendly and not pushy unlike the entertainment guy who I think was called Emre. If you like entertainment personally we don’t it occurs only when it suits the hotel based on guests participation. Was roped into pool bingo with a £100 prize but when it started we were told free stay at hotel! A Scottish couple in next sunbed one who we got chatting to when I asked the next day if she got her prize she said no they offered a massage and 4 cocktails. The massage was for one and the hotel all inclusive so wtf!!! In fact this was the only entertainment I’m aware of, when he was calling out the numbers you could tell he was bored as kept saying anyone finished soon! He tried using the old bingo saying 2 fat ladies to which there was silence as there was a number of bigger guests and it was just awfully cringeworthy and embarrassing. There is a very small I guess child’s pool round the back where we had to sit due to lack of su beds on first day. The has overgrown bushes and weeds growing up through the paving not attractive and defo not the grounds of a 4 star hotel. There were old disused inflatables chucked in the bushes I wish I took photos to share. We only ate breakfast there twice lunch twice but ate out every evening. The food is your basic Turkish breakfast so we were fine with boiled eggs and toasted baguette. Lunches standard Turkish Buffett which due to conus is challenging with the fact you can’t see the unlabelled good the last barely speaks English and try’s to pile your plate night with anything, so for those with a small appetite when you leave your food and they collect plates asking you no like ? Trying to explain I’m full is hard. Drinks again standard local drinks which we only had a few of in the day due to going out nightly. The location of hotel is perfect as the Hisaronou strip just a short stroll where there are plenty of nice bars and restaurants. I asked the entertainment guy who was often on reception if we could extend our room as we had a late night flight home. He checked and agreed we could for £25. I had some cash on me there and then so gave him £30 he asked if he could keep the change as a tip! On our last day whilst waiting for pickup and having a few last drinks off the moody Barman we were having our last chat with Mehmet who was lovely. Emre snaked over and sat down first conversation we’d really had apart from the daily hello pleasantries he made a comment to my husband about his tip making us feel awkward. Now I will tip where I feel tip due and had already tipped Mehmet as he deserved it. Bear in mind the majority of Brits who go on all inclusive holidays don’t take much money and have everything thing that’s on offer as quite rightly they have paid for it. He walked off and me and husband carried on chatting to each other Emre came back again and said where is my 1000 tip to which my husband angrily replied you’ve done nothing for me all week mate why would I tip you. Needless to say we didn’t see him before we left. We made the best out of a bad hotel and Mehmet did make us feel more welcome. I am astounded that the trip advisor rating is 4 star as this hotel is a very basic 2/3. Appreciate people have different opinions and having read other reviews I agree it’s good for hen and stags.

Just returned from the Flora Palm and it was brilliant, thankyou to Taz (the boss) who was such a nice man and pleasant and all the staff and cleaning staff for all the fun and laughter, we were certainly looked after well and all staff would do everything to help if required, we met some lovely people who were all good fun and really friendly, the food was lovely and the rooms were clean, if there is a drink you like and they don't have it they will get it for you, they are really accommodating. Thanks again Flora Palm we will be back, enjoy the rest of the season and stay safe x

The people and place just make it! If your up for a laugh with your family or friends, for a cheap price this is the hotel. The lovely and very funny manager Micheal keeps it quiet at night when everyone comes in, but you are only a very short walk from the loads of bars, shops, restaurants and clubs. During the day all the entertainment you need is your entertainer Emre, he provides good music and many laughs. With a sweet bar tender meme who will always help you out and take your baby for a stroll in circles 😂 All in all a great and entertaining holiday for a very cheap price!

Arrived early hours of the morning 25th September for two weeks greeted taken to Reception by the staff which where really friendly. First impression was good the rooms are descent size and clean, we had a family room downstairs facing pool. The rooms where cleaned daily. The food is always fresh may not be to some people Tastes but there’s always something. Most of the staff are friendly especially emre and both memets. The only thing I got really pissed of with was one member of Staff that mostly does the bar doesn’t speak hardly any English so got annoying after two weeks.

Stayed here for 7 nights AI last sept. Hotel is in a great location, literally a stroll away from the strip but it’s nice and quiet. I was a solo traveler and my room was great, they gave me a family room, nice and clean. I went AI and the food wasn’t great and very small selection. I ate out a lot. While I was there I didn’t see any kind of entertainment happening but I didn’t mind as I was out on the strip most nights but if you are staying with kids this could be an issue. WIFI wasn’t great and at times I had to walk down the road to connect to other WIFIs which was annoying. Pool area fine, nothing special but nice enough. Not sure I would stay again as there are so many better options in the area but if I did it would be BnB. For the price I paid it was a good deal.
