We previously visited Izmir in June and stayed in the Movenpick, it's also a great Hotel and just around the corner from the Swissotel. I would say the Swiss would have the edge, it's big and modern, has an amazing spa, OK pool area, service is good. More

Friendly, efficient staff. Very quick check-in. A modern contemporary hotel. Well appointed large rooms with very comfortable bed, pillow selection, nice bathroom with rainforest shower.
