I stayed at villa saray for 2 nights; the house was clean and had enough space for 5 people. 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs and a toilet at the entrance. The staff was polite. The price is good if you are 4+ people and do not want to pay for breakfast at a boutique hotel.
