Dirty bathrooms and dining room, not talkative staff, terrible breakfast, dust all over, we had to ask for a new hotel to our travel agency and we were sent to Melekleveri at Urgup. Best decision ever! Don't invest your money in this cave... Literally!

Horrible disgusting dirty hotel. Nothing worked . Didn't have power one morning. Everything broken and run down. Food made us sick. Bathroom was disgusting with mold. Bed was falling apart. All I can say is avoid at all cost. I wish I could get my money back

The hotel is on a cliff overlooking Cappadocia. The people were warm and friendly. It was a nice and relaxing vacation. I would definately stay there again. I will recommend to family and friends. The area is great with lots of activities and plenty of hiking opportunities.

I would rate my stay % 100 perfect. Had a great holiday and was very pleased with hotel, always clean and tidy and the staff are friendly and kind. would like to visit again next year. highly recommend to anyone.
