Every day we could experience that employees of this resort are continuously looking for improvements to give better service to their guests. Beautiful nature, good quality food and service and a nice beach for a perfect holiday.

Beautiful garden - very noisy too many hours both pools and beach - fantastic staff expect techical service aircon down - floor floded and the "standard" answer was "A/C will be exchanged to morrow morning" and tomorrow morning came with a new floded floor.

Staff here work very long hours but are always friendly and smiling, they love children here. Stayed here in September 2012, all inclusive with 2 other friends, 1 male 1 female. This hotel was fantastic, the grounds are stunning, very clean, beautiful lush gardens.
