Food: no variety at all, very salty or spicy, no presentation, no choise of meat or fish, not enough choise for breakfast, not fresh.
Cleaning: none. Cleaner will change the towels and sometimes refill used plastic bottles with shampoo and shower gel unless you tell them off...
