We just spend 2 weeks in this great apart. hotel. We were 10 persons in 4 apartments. If there were anything that we needed, the staff just jumped to fulfill our needs. Very familar. I will never come back to this hotel. It was Not 3+ class, Thurkey has high standard.. Already from day one we complained to the staff about poor cleaning. It was VERY dirty, specially the bathroom and all floors. But nothing happenend, cleaning didn't get any better. Towels were also a problem . Not enough for one each and sometimes... More

Still has this ridiculous air con policy where it is not available all the time. When the daytime temperatures have been 44 C its not funny trying to sleep with the choice of sweltering or listening to loud music. Staff vey unhelpful. Took 2 days to get a hairdryer - having been told initially that one would be brought immediately.... More

It would seam that the hotel's aim is to cater to families. Our room was a large, reasonably equiped, 2 bedroom appartment with a big, wrap around balcony. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking wares, the bedrooms were satisfactory and the living room area was furnished with basic furniture that had deffinetly seen better days.
