I am not sure why everyone has given this hotel such awful reviews. I found it to be just what we were looking for. It's a great price for what they are offering. The view is amazing and the swimming section couldn't be better. We had hot water and air con. I would definitely recommend this!

We used to spent a couple of nights in Kas Otel every year. This was out third year. The rooms are comfortable, the bathroom is old fashioned however it is clean. The front rooms are very very nice. Very good location, 2 minutes into town, right on the waterfront. The room was basic but clean on arrival and had air con and a fridge and everything worked, the bed was comfy and it was quiet on a evening . On the down side the room was not cleaned in 5 days. We stayed 3 nights here and loved the location. The rooms were small and basic, but they did not once service our room during our stay.
