I stayed in Hotel Balik in February 2013. The room was nice and clean, with side view over the sea. Comfort with no extra luxury. The breakfast was very simple but ok. Enjoyed discovering the Turkish Riviera and liked Antalya. Hotel has a good situation, near beach food: two weeks the same food on the buffet: overcooked pasta, cold potatoes with ketchup, goulash, green fruit for desert waiters and owners grumpy Hotel owners are smokers: smoking zones everywhere; reception & garden restaurant

After arriving in Alanya for a 10 night holiday and being hugely let down by another hotel (Anahtar Apartments) The staff at Balik hotel offered me a double room on the 4th floor with panoramic views of Alanya castle on the left, the mediteranean in front of us and a beack, literally a stones throw away.
