Stayed for few days ... copule. Stay was comfortable. However staff cheated us for the transport arrangement. We booked a Car (toyota Camry as they confirmed) for pick up from airport to hotel (45min drive), instead they sent us a big van with totally uncomfortable seating. Wow! Did not get to stay at this hotel on the beach, but had the pleasure of a full body massage at the spa. It was wonderful. Expensive for Thailand but interior was beautiful and therapist very experienced. This spa has a great menu. Would highly recommend to anyone. More

Huge cockroaches, seen one everyday. Smelled like some dead animal was hidden in the bathroom. Front doors have one inch holes for all outside creatures to enter. I had a frog and tons of mosquitos in the room. Toilets don't have doors nor a fan. Stuff is nice but very little can be done to help those major problems immediately. More

Rooms are clean and neat although basic, and there isn't much privacy in the bathroom (especially if you have an upset tummy from some bad Thai food). Breakfast buffet had a great range of choices, and pool is beautiful with stunning views of Patong beach. Happy hour with half price cocktails is also a plus! More

loved the location but the hotel is quite run down and needs to be fixed. cracks in walls, smudges on walls...needs paint. one person in reception had extremely bad english which almost cost me missing my flight.
