Great guest house! Good value for money. Clean, tidy, nice spacious rooms. Lovely little cafe with fish pond. Good location in Chiang Rai, Quiet and safe area a short walk to the clock tower and night market. Bottled water was free. Towels and sheets very clean. We stayed at the here for a night in August. For two people including breakfast we paid AUD$15. The room was clean. It had a musty smell when we first checked in but after turning the air con on that disappeared. Air con was awesome incidentally. A new hotel in Chiang Rai. Room was great. Very big, spotlessly clean and quite trendy actually. Shower room is excellent. Staff are friendly. Breakfast is nothing much but is ok. Location fine. Wish they would put a chair or two in the room with a table. Would certainly stay here again and fully recommend.
