The rooms are good. Downstairs you can have something to eat or drink. Breakfast is good. And it's not too far from the beach. In Negombo itself is not much to do, so it's a good place to stay one night, since it's close to the airport. They also have airport transfer.

Rooms where clean, had both AC and a fan. Hot water showers with decent water pressure (a rarity on our trip).
