We travel a lot and use Best Westerns' often. First bad experience. I stayed for a night. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staffs were one of the friendliest; in the reception, room service and the ones I met in the corridors. In town for a business trip. Stayed at this hotel and they were most helpful. Front desk went out of their way to be helpful. Loved having access to the business center. Husband and son were with me on the trip and loved the breakfast bar. Excellent place to stay.

This was our fourth stay at the this hotel this year. Always clean and comfortable. Furniture was a bit old but bed was comfortable. Will be back again in august and throughout the school year for visiting our son in college.

This is not the newest or fanciest hotel in Albany, but it is certainly the friendliest. The staff, particularly Heather and Jenny, outdid themselves in taking care of our family reunion group! The room were comfy, breakfast was great, and the food in the grill was also just what we needed on occasional late night. We will certainly be back!

Looked closer to suny albany on the map...technically its on the edge but you have to walk 20 min to get to the school's buildings. Pretty standard best western as far as fanciness goes. Just returned from my latest stay. This is a decent work a day hotel. It is clean, convenient and has the amenities that you want. The free breakfast is a nice bonus. I stayed in an accessible room. The bathroom was spacious with a roll in shower. When in Albany this space is worth a try,

The room location was along a noisey corridor. It was a major first floor hallway, near the management offices. Up until midnight I heard people talking and moving in hallway. The hotel staff was courtesous. The location to the Albany Airport was good.
