First time to Lombok. stay in this hotel for 3 days. very big room, nice balcony, but old furniture and dull environment. very nice garden, but pretty dark in the night. good restaurant, good food. The location is strategic, near shopping centre. good spa therapis also.

this hotel is very wide.. has a great hall and prefunction hall..but if we look to room, it's really awful, old furniture, many mosquitoes, the bathroom is weird and the linen icluding towels looks like had been used for years without change. Great location if you need to be based in Mataram city for business, but if you're on holidays, go straight to sengiggi instead. The rooms are large but worn. The bathrooms in particular could do with some renovations, and some new towels & linnen would be a good investment...

We've stayed here several times. The hotel is an older hotel but it seems to be well maintained and clean. Fairly good price. We like the spacious grounds and garden in the back of the hotel. Stayed one night for a conference. Location is central in city centre with adjacent mall and eateries. Facilities are standard. Rooms really need updating, particularly the shower and bathroom and the airconditioning. Cafeteria for breakfast is average. On the plus side, the hotel staff are helpful and friendly, especially in the small Business Center. A few black-outs during the day.
