First of all, Batam has nothing to offer to tourists and this holiday inn is definitely not upto the standard. the furniture in suites is old and room is not clean enough..you dont feel you are in a IHG hotel..Resort is not that attractive to spend your precious holiday inside and outside there is nothing...We went there for anniversary also...
