I slept in this hotel for 2 nights. The cons: old room with dusty carpet, aisle with bad odor. On my first morning when I tried to get my breakfast early in 6 AM, the restaurant was full and crowded like a market. I stayed at 404 and unfortunately room 411 is under renovation. We booked 2 deluxe rooms in the new building. The room was not too clean n the carpet not thick. The service given just average,but the food served in breakfast better than before. The location though was great, in the centre of the city.

for 3 star hotel, bisanta one of the best in surabaya. All the staff friendly and nice. Room service excellent.

A charming hotel service and staff were pleasant, although there should be some rejuvenation, especially on television and pillows, so bisanta will be more better

It's an affordable 3stars hotel either for business or leisure. 30 mins to Juanda airport. 20mins walking distance to Tunjungan Plaza (shopping complex) or u can take a ride on the trishaw that cost only Rp5000.
