This is a nice place and very good villas, but 2 things that take away 2 stars: First since it is so centrally located, which is great, the villas are a bit smaller than villas in other resorts further out of town. Stayed here twice. Once in a regular hotel room, once in a villa. Lovely. Great place to stay for a special occasion. Feels like family. So happy to see everyone on a repeat visit, and they remembered.

Really enjoyed our stay at the Kajane Mua. We had a villa with private pool (6m x 4m) that had an open lounge/day area downstairs with an adjacent luxury bathroom. Great resort with one of the best customer service. The staffs are always with a smile and they speak proper English. The location is at right at the middle of Ubud where you can easily access to plenty of shops just outside the resort. They also provide free transport to any area within Ubud.

The great reviews on TA are all you need to know. A great location right in the middle of Ubud, near all the restaurants and bars, and the included transport is fantastic.
