Staff was amazing. Special thanks to Mala who took excellent care of us. We were upgraded for the villa on the roof which was absolutely beautiful! Breakfast on our terrace was very nice. Ideal location in the center of Ubud, walking distance to everything. We highly recommend the hotel!
