Acceptable enough for a 1 night stay en-route to Shimla, but a little disappointing. Hotel is right on the main highway so traffic noise can be an issue. First few rooms shown had dirty sheets: looked like they hadn't been washed. Settled on a room with clean sheets and a comfortable enough king size bed. Air con quite noisy, but... More

The hotel was good but the room service was slow...I had to call a minimum of 3 times to get a person in my room to order something...otherwise the hotel is very good..staff is good and helping...overall I ll surely stay here next time I ll b there..

Tittle says it all, i am a happy customer, happy with the service, food, cleaniness and specially the way i got treated by staff. hotel staff organised the massurie and haridwar tours for me, they have helped me in getting around dehradun. i have got more than what i paid for, i will definately recommend this hotel

My son studies in one of the boarding schools in dehradun so i frequently visit doon and have stayed in many hotels here. But i found this hotel an excellent option as its like home away from home. Hi... These was my second visit to Dehradun, i choose same hotel, HOTEL CROWN ROYALE once again it was wonderful experince. they had provided full course breakfast complimentry, its worth of money....

the staff has an attitude. i was charged for complimentary breakfast. during the two day stay no one came to clean the room. please choose a better place to go. it is definitely no a place for women to go alone.

First of all i would like to apologize that you didn't find our services helpful, after my investigation i found that FREE breakfast was served in the morning but later you used room service to order seperate food which was charged.
