good complimentary buffet breakfast, average multi cuisine restaurant, horrible starched towels, average house keeping, no hot water in the evening, bad exhaust system in the bathroom, choose this hotel if you have no choice in peak season.

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. it was pleasant. It is good hotel located in the heart of the city, easily approachable. Break fast is good. Stayed at Ponmari Residency, Ooty for 3 days in April.Very much centrally located, easy to locate.Room and Service were good.Food was nice, but restaurant ambience is not that good.Better to ask for room service.They have arranged a local sight seeing trip which was good.Overall nice experience.

Hotel staff was friendly. Room was clean and room service was also good. In a tourist place where it is difficult to find a good eating place, good restaurant in the hotel was a boon. Free breakfast in the morning with decent variety was also good. All in all a nice hotel to stay.

Stay at Ponamri is really very good. when it comes to food we have to search for some other restaurant. and the travel desk Mr.Mohan is awesome. The kind of service they provided is too good in other words customer delight. The cab drivers are also superb.
