Excellent hotel in all aspects. I enjoyed my stay there. From hotel staff to manager were very helpful & polite. Thnx to MMT & Hotel sanjay in ooty. I'll give a 9 of 10 to this hotel. The hotel room was OK, old style. But the location was good and the restaurant was good with reasonable food price. Service was good, they do help in arranging site seeing packages and vehicles at reasonable cost.

Situated at the Charing Cross, a bit noisy but in the hart of Ooty. Very friendly and service minded staff, god laundry service. The room was big and spotles clean (except the bed that had a filthy blaket). The hotel have an ok restaurant but a dark and filthy bar. Go for the deluxe room for apx 850 rupies.
