“Not appealing”

Sad that ista changed hands. The ananda spa is no more and has been replaced by merely simple treatments which are highly priced. Ordered for a hot chocolate and received nothing but cold milk with a sprinkle of chocolate powder. On complaining I was still made to pay for it with no apologies. My wi fi took over 15 mins... “NO Hyatt Club Room”

I was a bit surprised to learn upon arrival this Hyatt had no Club. Further, the stay has yet to be trained on Hyatt Status. “Hyatt Comfortable but not great”

It is an extremely well located hotel and is a hop skip jump from the airport. Normal rooms are small and we had no choice but to upgrade as we were travelling with family. “I agree with EEngines Review - Staff are love birds”

I also saw one Northeastern employee in the suit hugging another staff member near the lobby area. It was very unprofessional and cheap the way he hugged her. Looks like they are love birds at work.
