I've stayed at Marina Residency once in February 2012, and also I had my wedding reception in March 2013. The staffs here are helpful and reliable. Facilities are very modern compared to other hotels in town. I think this is one of the best place to stay in Calicut.

I have been staying at this hotel during my previous 3 visits to calicut in two months. Good rooms,good service,location,wide spread for breakfast etc are the pros. No Wifi except at reception,no gym,dirty linen in bathrooms are the cons.

I stayed here last year in June on a vacation to Wayanad. Loved this hotel so much that we stayed here on our way back as well. Room was neat and tidy and the a/c was working, thank God! We had complimentary breakfast which was nice.
