Staff are very friendly I must say Food was excellent. The Management should consider hiring a top level Training manager to improve staff english and a for a better dining experience. Indian hospitality is something we swiss people love and keep coming for more. House keeping was clean and decent. Prices can be bit less too.

The hotel is a delight - the entrance takes you from a busy Cochin street into a haven of calm and tranquility. Came from the most awful 'luxury' Kerala backwaters cruise with Lakes and Lagoons company, gave me serious upset stomach so glad to arrive somewhere that had a good billing. I have stayed at Brunton Boatyard thrice, and have had no major complaints whatsoever. Do use their offer of a free boat ride every evening, and don't forget to take your camera. We stayed there for 3 nights and had a very pleasant stay. Room was on the ground floor overlooking the seaside. It was clean and nicely decorated.
