i stayed there for 2 nights. the hotel is nicely located in the IT park area of Kakkanad and a small hotel. The hotel is maintained very well and gives a impression of neat and clean place. This is a decent budget class hotel .The staff is very efficient and courteous i stayed for one night and found the hotel very neat and clean. Good hospitality by all staff. The front office and housekeeping staffs are excellent. please provide menu cards in the room

“Food poisoning at Olive”

Our team(at a leading IT company in Cochin), of 60 + folks, had lunch at Olive Residency on July 6th(Friday). Almost 90% of us fell prey to food poisoning(Diarrhea, vomiting and signs of fever) by Sunday. Some of us were hospitalized and it took close to 2 weeks for folks to regain good health. Getting to this place was little bit of a problem unless the cab driver knows this place. There are no direction boards.
