Spent 10 days here in December and they could not do enough for us. Accomodation was good considering the price and cleaned anytime you asked. Prem even took us shopping and stopped us getting ripped off.

We stayed at Prems twice whilst in India - once for 4 nights, and again for one night before a flight. Really good stay, Mr Prem is very knowledgeable about the area and recommended us to visit a water park which we did and thoroughly enjoyed it. We also organized to see the backwaters through the hostel and really enjoyed... More

Stayed here for a month and had to pay full amount upfront. Owner, Mr.Prem seems nice enough. It comes with 'free' wifi but you need to ask him to turn it on and he turns it off at around 11pm. Room was really basic, curtains didn't fit the windows and the bed covers were torn. No wardrobe etc just a... More

Generally a pretty good place to stay for a couple of days. I stayed in a non-A/C room, which is clean and comfortable, but no breakfast is included with it. Mr. Prem's Family is extremely friendly and do make you feel like a home-stay, not like any hotel. The attached bathroom is kept well maintained and clean. However, no soap/shampoo... More

Prem's homestay is a good place to stay some days in fort Kochi. Mister Prem is a nice Christian who takes care for his guests. He tries to sell you a boattrip to the backwaters, which is tempting, but when you refuse it's okay. He is helpful. The room was hot, but I had a noc AC room. No chair... More

We were a group of 4people who stayed in this homestay for one night only. It was an weekend trip from Bangalore. I booked a 4-bedded dormitory thru phone. But when we reached there, we came to know from the owner that the dormitory was actually booked in advance thru web-booking which they were unaware unfortunately. But it was really... More

There were about 10 of us stayed in this homestay in Oct 2012. The homestay is very clean and very comfortable. There is hot water available all the time which is very important for us since I have a kid. Cynthia, her father and her sister has been very helpful. They were very kind to prepare lunch and even tea... More

Four of us spent 3 nights here in October. The rooms are clean, spacious, and ours were air-conditioned. Fort Kochi is easily walkable from the homestay, as are several cafes, restaurants and shops. Our hosts were lovely and were able to arrange a half-day backwater tour for us. Would definitely stay here again.

Very good and neat place to stay. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. I am from canada and I found it one of the best place to stay and chill out apart from five star restaurants. They haove all the facilities . Electricity , heater , even a kitchen ..... A/c.
