We went there as a group of 8 people (4 couples) from Bangalore and we hired the whole cottage which has 4 rooms and a common sitting area. And as of now thats the only cottage for guests in this homestay which means, we were the only group there! And we like it that way.. The location is very good...

Finding this place and reaching can be quite tedious - tough the folks who run the homestay are very courteous and helpful. But since it is nestled in the mist of plantations / jungle - not many (or any) road signs...
