In Bangalore hotel like UG Grand stand for ordinary average people. They provided us money worth value service in Bangalore city, just walk-able distance from Majestic bus stand & Railway station. We felt safety & secure even in the crowd city!

its a good budget hotel except the room service as it wasnt that good. rooms were big but cleanliness matters a lot in stays in hotels which wasnt there at all, as it was quite near to the KG bus stand, it was very much convinient to commute to places, overall a good budget hotel

Room service was not satisfactory. When we ring the bell, sometimes they come, sometimes they don't. The location is very near to City railway station and K.G Bus Stand. Overall its a good quiet place.

I had a booking in UG grand but they shifted me to UG regal. The room over there was too small to adjust. Bedsheet were not so clean no towels was provided even after asking repeated request, Service is quite slow. Reception service is good. Food quality is average.
