..great location, beautiful houseboat, lovely food, good staff but... terrible maintenance. A holiday on a houseboat is not really what you expect. For some it is much more than expected while for others (like us) it falls very short from what you had imagined... maybe we had false expectations from seeing the website. To give them their due the tariff... More

“Excellent houseboat, away from crowd!”

Excellent accommodation, excellent location far from the road and other houseboats..there were only 2 houseboats after ours!!!...the sitiing area outside gave us wonderful views of the shankaracharya temple, pari mahal and the beautiful Dal lake ofcourse!!! all the room were nice although bathrooms need a bit of attention, Rashid bhai was very helpful....he served us with good food and very... Excellent accommodation, far from the road with amazing views of the lake and mountains, all room are well appointed, bathrooms need bit more attention, good food and Rashid looked after us so well, we are already planning to be back soon!
