Standard Rooms r more than below standard. Walls very dirty. Towels, bed sheet pathetic quality and dirty. If you hav any problem then staff will never help you. I hav never seen this treatment in my life.

We had very good time during our family visit to this hotel on 7th and 8th March. Friendly staff, always ready to help in the best possible way. Value for money at Katra with reasonably clean but large rooms and good restaurant, parking place and spacious lobby.
