Ambiance is very good. The hotel staff have been very well trained and behaved. The rooms are very well maintained. Our floor attendant Devraj was very decent and cordial. Food also has been delightful. Liked the badam milk they give as compliment every night.

Pros: Staff were nice people to deal with. We stayed on ground floor and had mountain view and the other side was lake view. I preferred mountain view b/c they have gardens in the back, so no vehicles are seen. The garden had swings and nice play area for kids and even for adults to relax and enjoy the view.... More

My stay at this hotel is just great.Its great to stay in this hotel , staff is very good ,best thing is that we reached Manali late night around 12 but that time also they provide food ,really very good hotel .Rooms area also very clean.

My stay at this hotel was just fabulous. The management is very much customer friendly. Food was at its best. I found no place to criticise any part of their service. We had a memorable stay at this hotel.
