Don't even try calling them if you are planning a couple get away. They won't give a room even if you give both of your photo ids. Even if you are a bunch of boys and girls, they judge and ultimately refuse. So the customers have no value to them.

I think Hotel Management should definitely check the behavior of their staff, Mr. Edwin of this Hotel was absolutely unbecoming of being in a customer service role. The resort is quite far away from the city and is not helpful in case you have to roam around visit all worthwhile things in Baroda.
