I have stayed in vk residency .their hospitality is very good?the photos showed in previous reviews doesn't relate to this hotel.the interiors are very good.The amount for stay is very reasonable. The lodge is very near to bus stand and railway station.
my experience so far in tirupati hotels was never good. two things you should know (unless you go for high end hotels):
1) hotels in tirupati city sucks and highly unorganized
2) people running hotels are highly unprofessional and think they run "dharma chathras" (free shelter)
As expected, this hotel also falls in the same line.

good for the money spent. but very poor service. no minimum courtesy at all .still we can manage and stay.
