I went there on 1Sep'2012 for Tirupati Balaji darshan. I booked the room in hurry, but later I found room, toilet were stinking badly . Room service and other staff don't care about the customer at all. This is my worst experience so far. I will go there only in case of emergency.

I have been to several nightmare hotels in the last few years. But, this is by far the worst hotel I stayed in.
