The hotel was great. Food was not good for vegetarians but everything else was good. 5 star entertainment rocked especially luigi!! It was very a very expensive holiday to do anything extra. The people are great also.

Stayed at the Hilton, Sharks Bay in November 2012 absolutely stunning hotel. Stayed in the deluxe side and couldn't fault the bungalow room, the staff, food, pools r spa. There is new staff and unlike the former staff they are rude unfriendly and extremely incompetent, the bar staff could not follow a simple request and looked at you as if you were alien!The food in the restaurant was terrible at lunchtime and was not much better...
