Beautiful looking Hotel with wonderful staff. Once you look at the fine details though, this hotel has obviously been neglected of late in the maintenance and restocking area. It is not a hotel for English people or should I say non Russians! We were constantly ignored by the reception staff, unbelievably unhelpful and rude. Only Russians were treated with respect. We have been in the hotel in February 2013, it was nice and peaceful. The beach is very good and the food was good as well. Special thanks for animation team: Karemme, Kaz, Eslam, King, Rambo and Keny, they are nice and cheerful people, moreover they are really good dancers :)
