Beautiful accomodations, awesome pool (and awesome drinks by the pool ;). Traveled with a group of over 15 friends for a girls weekend and I heard NO complaints!! I'd say that that's pretty unheard of! Great food in the restaurants, great service at the bars and great location. If staying in Avalon, the Windrift is a must!

I recently went to the WIndrift for dinner. After paying a cover charge that I found to be very tacky, I was seated at a table next to a family. The child who sat text to me kicked me sevral times. The food was average and the service was poor.

This hotel has just undergone a large renovation project and has a new feel from my past visits. However the customer service, especially in the restaurants is terrible to the point of being absurdly rude.
