Medellin is a great city and this hotel is located in the center of everything. However, i would not stay here again because the rock hard mattress and terrible linens did not allow me to get good nights sleep. A motel 6 provides a better levels of sleep.

Not the best place to recover from a long flight from Europe. Between the adjacent room occupants making phone calls until midnight and the other waking up & switching on a TV at 6 there's not much piece. This was my fourth stay at this hotel. The location is good, but the front desk service is just terrible, in all four stays we have had problems with the reservations, check outs or to have the Internet service activated in the room. This was a first class hotel. Modern, clean, pleasant English speaking staff, large rooms, great breakfast, and many conference rooms. Casino across the street.
