We stayed here in January. GREAT value,. beautiful little hotel with a lovely rooftop patio, right by all the action but still down a quiet street. The rooms were beautiful and the staff were really friendly. They had delicious breakfast in the am and the best coffee I have ever had! I would definitely recommend this place!

We stayed at 3Banderas for nine days altogether. The rooms were comfortable and clean (our first room lacked some place to hang clothes). The staff was friendly and helpful. I particularly liked breakfast and our server, got our day off to a good start! The public areas are very nice. I recommend!

It is a lovely nice hotel in the centre of the old town. Unfortunately my first night I had to stay in another room due an upgrade in the room I booked (they did inform me about this 2 weeks in advance which i do apreciate). Hotel is in a nice central location but rooms are tiny- nowhere to hang clothes and more to the point, no hot water. However breakfast considerably better than the other hotels on our tour ( Explore). However the central location I guess compensates for much of this.
