Stayed for 2 days. Staff is not attentive when problems occur. Faced problems with wi-fi on hi-floor, internet cable defective. Finally only a bothersome room change finally resolved problem. Good sized room, friendly staff, decent location, clean and everything works. Only let down was the breakfast - it's warm at the start (6.30), but doesn't seem to get refreshed so by 9-10 am it's cold and there's not much choice. More

We arrived pretty late...12 midnight. Thankfully the staff is very nice and so are the rooms. Very, very clean and quiet. About 35 minutes from the int. airport...only paid $6 for a cab ride. Be sure to pay for the morning breakfast, lots of tasty foods. More

The property is located close to some of the landmarks especially the main temple (5 mins walk). There is a helpful travel desk in the lobby. The staff was extremely helpful especially the staff in the restaurant - they allowed us to eat our Indian food in the restaurant and even helped to heat it and provide plates. More

Stayed here twice during the trip to Jiuzhaigou. Located in the business district of Chengdu. High HIE standards with a decent Chinese and Western breakfast buffet. Friendly staff. I stay in the hotel for a few days with a group of friends. It is nice hotel, quite, close downtown, good service, but there is smoke smell in my room, even it is non-smoking room. most likely, some one smoked in room. More
