Very good check in, good English spoken and understood..... usual bureaucratic check in process for hotel check in in China. All in all fine room, they had excellent housekeeping, very polite staff, very clean and quiet. Very nice breakfast with wide choice.

This hotel is the perfect gateway from a busy life in China. Nice surroundings, perfect accomodations for a famlily with 2 kids. Especially the kids club and the swimming pool are my kids favourite locations

I'm not satisfied with this hotel.First,the loacation is far from central zone of Wuxi.Second,the luxury room is small and the bed is also small.But breakfast is very good.If I'll go to Wuxi next time,I won't live in the hotel again.

This resort is very classy even though it is quite isolated. you really only have the option to dine in the hotel, but the food was good. The gardens are beautiful. The rooms are spread out in 4 separate buildings so takes a little while to find your room and settle in. would love to have stayed more than one... More
