My daughter is very happy in there, we join the hotel petit vip, it is very funny and more activities. she meet many children and became good friends, she want to come again after come back our home. she very like children swimming pool in the hotel. we felt very good view room and services, every staff is kindly.

It was our first trip to Hainan, and the first time to stay with Ritz-Carlton Sanya. Most staff were friendly, but not enough manning sometime I feel. The most impressive things are kids facilities, my kids just loved Uncle Martin's Garden a lot. Overall, it's a very nice hotel to stay and we're sure to come back again.
