Beautiful lobby and great restaurants. Rooms are ok and with nice views. Very easily accessed if travelling from HK by train. Decent enough area, but some unsavoury characters in the evening. Quiet, comfortable and well air conditioned.

Very good and efficient service. Nice environment for drinks. Rooms are of a typical Shangri-La standard and have everything you need for a very comforntable stay. A real oasis in Shenzhen - right next to the train and bus station. Free Internet which is rare these days.
