The room is nice and the service was good. While I failed to get a cab from office to hotel during peak hours, I just make a call to the hotel receptions, they are able to arrange a cab for me promptly. I've had drivers phone that they would arrive late and the hotel has stepped in and arranged drivers for me at the fee I had previously negotiated with another service.
