We stayed at this beautiful hotel in Puerto Natales for 3 nights. The room is really nice and well decorated. However, the staff are not friendly at all and you can expect zero service from these people. The breakfast was ok but nothing special about it. Stay away from this hotel. It's not worth paying for!
