It's with real shame I am knocking marks off this hotel. It's a really nice hotel, great swimming pool area, reception staff are helpful and friendly, but the room could have been a little more looked after. When we walked in, I noticed a smell, it smelled like 'damp' and wouldn't really go away. I felt I had stayed in... More

Stayed here for 4 nights with 2 young children. Booked it as has a pool. On arrival told the pool is shut for maintenance. But will be open the next day. Sadly not. Was shut for all our stay! Sign in the lift showed it had been shut for nearly 2 weeks. Disappointed children. Even worse was on last day... More

We booked into this hotel through Khiri Travel - we usually travel independently. It is within walking distance to the centre, with its many shops & eating places - plenty of tuk tuks if you are feeling lazy. Our room was quite large, with a great shower - much needed after hot days out viewing the temples. The breakfasts were... More

I have to say, that at the end of a hot day visiting temple ruins and all, coming back to a cold room (nicely decorated!) and cold or lukewarm water would be so, so great. During our 3 night stay, the AC wasn't cold enough and the showers only spewed hot, hot water during our stay. However, the obliging apologetic... More

Booked & paid for three Terrace rooms through Flight Centre - two connecting rooms & one twin room. We were a group of 4 adults & two young children. Reception No record of our reservation on arrival despite the email confirmation we had from the Casa Angkor reservation department confirming the three terrace rooms & listing reference numbers!!! We were... More

This is a typical South East Asian hotel. Lovely reception, polite staff, but the rooms are looking tired and ours had a bad odour when we arrived and was very dusty in places. It was booked through a tour company and for what we paid was ok value, but there is no excuse for dirty rooms. The location is good... More

We stayed 4 nights in 2 rooms. Room sizes were adequate and inexpensive. The bathrooms need refurbishing though. And we wanted our rooms cooler. And we wanted the mosquitoes out!!! Pros: very centrally located -- a very short Tuk Tuk ride away to restaurants and Pub Street! And the nice lady at the desk allowed us to stay up to... More

Booked into this hotel again with Khiri Travel as usually travel independently. What a lovely surprise as it was so good. Within walking distance to the centre, with its many shops & eating places or otherwise handy tuk tuks if feeling lazy. Our room was quite large with a view of the pool which was refreshing after the busy days... More

This is a wonderful hotel to stay at. The rooms were spotless, food excellent and the staff truely outstanding. Add to this, a quiet location but within walking distance of the market, shops and an endless choice of places to eat then you have a good place to base yourself.

Stayed here 3 times now (2009, 2012, 2013). Booked our trip last year April, making a special request for room 201 which has a large private balcony. Upon arrival, our room was already occupied by other guests who refused to leave until their departure several days later. Therefore, we ended up staying in room 218, which is similar except that...
