When I got to the hotel I found that the room smelled of mold, had no toilet paper, and dirty sheets. We got assigned this hotel when we booked a hotel through a tour company and were really worried reading the other review on here. We arrived late at night (11.30pm) and were a bit worried to find both the receptionist asleep on camp beds in reception, however, they got straight up and helped us to our room with our bags...
