Hariharalaya Retreat Centre offered me all the characteristics I was looking for : diversity in the programs and classes, flexibility, professional and welcoming team, peaceful and natural environment and...remarkable price for all that is offered. The Hariharalaya community is composed of well trained yogis, complete beginners and professional teachers. The proximity allowed us to share experiences and knowledge and so... More

A place of healing, community and self growth, hariharalaya is soul enriching. It is a destination travelled only by those wishing to improve themselves from within. You will not find poolside cocktail service, free wifi or any other form of physical 'indulgence'. This place removes the distractions leavin only what is necessary to enjoy ones self. Waking soon after sunrise,... More

I spent a month at Hariharalaya and participated in the student program. During this time I got to learn more about yoga and meditation whilst also following a really healthy lifestyle. The yoga classes are very varied and suitable for all levels. The food is amazing and completely vegan. After my stay I feel so relaxed, refreshed and super flexible!... More

The two days I've spent in Hariharalaya retreat center were definitely too short. The place is so quiet and peaceful that it should be easy to stay for a week or more as many other guest do. Accommodation is simple with some rooms in the main house and small bamboo bungalows in a huge garden but very relaxing, specially after... More

I was lucky enough to spend close to 2 weeks here in February-March 2013. For me, I came tired, worn out, and out of energy on so many levels. A long flight from the US beforehand did not help. From the moment we walked in the door we knew we were in for something special. This is a welcoming place... More

I came to Hariharalaya in early January 2013 with the intention of staying for two weeks and I stayed until the end of March. What an incredible place to find one's self and to create a solid foundation for a personal spiritual practice. The grounds are breathtakingly beautiful and the countryside in which this retreat is located provides one of... More

I found out about this place from a couple New York girls I met in Laos. I wish I had heard about this earlier to stay longer. I loved everything about this place. It was a nice place to help me find my balance and how to practice meditation. I loved Joel's chanting, the fire ceremony and Pazit's Yoga teachings!... More

I recently spent a week at Hariharalaya where I met many amazing individuals and made a few really good friends! I enjoyed all the classes: yoga, meditation and the evening activities, which often change (belly dancing, magic show, contact dance etc). Morning chanting with Joel was my favourite! They also have a nice library with many interesting books for everyone... More

Stayed for a week in February, and it just wasn't enough! Hariharalaya is an incredible place, and once you let yourself let go (and that can take a little while), it is truly a wonderful experience. I can't say enough about the warmth and talents of the staff and instructors, the deliciousness of the food (and I am not vegan-diet... More

Had just amazing week in Hariharalaya. Already on first day, I knew I didn't want to leave this place. Energy of the place is just healing and peaceful, so it's impossible to feel more separated from your innerself after staying Hariharalaya. Workshops, dharma talks are so interesting and food was amazing! I don't even know what words to describe people... More
